**Job Description:**

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telesales Executive / Telecaller to join our team at TechPoppy. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products and services, handle customer enquiries, resolve issues, and maintain detailed records of calls. Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients is a key part of this role.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products/services.
– Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
– Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions.
– Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
– Follow up on leads and ensure a high conversion rate.
– Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
– Work towards achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of the company.

**Requirements:**

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Previous experience in telesales or a customer service role is preferred.
– Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
