Shift: 8pm – 5:30am Night US Process
* Responsibilities
– Handle inbound and outbound calls for the US market
– Resolve customer queries efficiently and politely
– Maintain high call quality and customer satisfaction
* Requirements
– Excellent English communication skills (verbal)
– Willing to work night shifts (USA time zone)
– Customer-first approach and professional behavior
* Salary & Incentives
– Experienced Candidates Only: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000/month (based on experience)
– ₹2,000 Attendance Bonus for full monthly presence
