Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and energetic Business Development Executive to join our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving company growth.
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
1. Identify potential clients through online platforms, networking, and outreach.
2. Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
3. Communicate with prospective clients via emails, calls, and video meetings.
4.Understand client requirements and provide tailored proposals.
5.Work with the technical team to ensure solutions meet clients’ needs.
6.Maintain client database and manage follow-ups via Google Sheets.
7.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
8.Represent the company in client meetings and digital platforms.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
2. Strong written and verbal communications skills.
3. Good understanding of IT services, Web, App, and SaaS solutions.
4. Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, and Freelancer .
5.Self motivated, result driven, and team-oriented.
6.Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
