We are looking for a proactive Sales & Logistics Support professional to join our team in Delhi. The role involves supporting the sales team, coordinating deliveries with logistics (Mumbai team), assisting in demos & events, and handling post-delivery machine installations.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the Mumbai logistics team to meet customer delivery deadlines in alignment with sales orders.
Work closely with the sales team to plan and forecast logistics needs based on sales orders and customer requirements.
Assisting sales team in conducting demos.
Assisting sales and marketing team in events
Conducting installations of the machines at customer places after delivery
Track and update the status of shipments, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any issues that may arise during transit.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and delivery schedules.
Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics partners to ensure the smooth execution of deliveries.
Prepare reports on logistics order fulfilment and delivery timelines.

Desired Candidate:

Bachelor’s degree
Fresher
Basic knowledge of computer
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Should be open to travelling
