Job Title: Telecaller – Sales

About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and persuasive Sales Telecallers to join our team. In this role, you will engage in outbound and inbound calls to promote and sell products or services. Your primary responsibility will be to understand customer needs, present suitable solutions, and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and respond to inbound inquiries.
Explain product/service features and benefits clearly and convincingly.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in the CRM system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively.

Requirements

Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling or sales (Freshers welcome).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
