Job Description
We are looking for a Telesales manager to join our team OSE Solar. The role involves managing and updating information for prospective Clients accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers In Hand Salary with Good Incentives and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales.
2.Maintain a detailed record of calls & sales activity.
3.Achieve daily and monthly sales target
4.Follow up on leads and ensure high conversion rates.
5.Only Female Candidates required.
Support various administrative tasks when needed to assist other departments.
Generate reports and summaries for internal teams to help in decision-making processes.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is computer knowledge and Experience of 2-3 years. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to Working Days during weekdays.
