Job Responsibilities (Role-wise):
• Handle gold loan processing, valuation, and documentation
• Manage customer relationships and ensure high service standards
• Achieve business targets and support branch growth
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
• Handle branch operations (for Assistant Branch Manager / Branch Manager roles)
• Supervise staff and monitor daily branch activities
Requirements:
• Prior experience with NBFC or Gold Loan financing firms
• Strong knowledge of gold loan operations and procedures
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Leadership and team management skills (for managerial roles)
• Responsible, trustworthy, and target-oriented
