Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and develop insurance advisors
- Conduct training and sales coaching for agency partners
- Drive life insurance sales and meet assigned targets

- Maintain compliance with company and IRDA guidelines
Eligibility & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
- Experience in life insurance or agency channel sales preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills
