Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Site Execution & Quality Control
• Supervise day-to-day on-site execution of waterproofing, coating, insulation, and ancillary works.
• Ensure all activities align with approved technical specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to verify workmanship and adherence to execution procedures.
Team & Resource Management
• Manage labour teams and applicators, including work allocation, productivity monitoring, and attendance tracking.
• Train and guide the workforce to maintain execution quality and safe work practices.
• Monitor and control site-level material inventory to ensure availability and reduce wastage.
Coordination & Communication
• Act as the primary site interface between the Company Project Head and client/PMC teams.
• Report daily progress, challenges, and key updates in accordance with company reporting formats.
• Coordinate with procurement/logistics for timely material supply.
Documentation & Measurement
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily progress reports, labour deployment, material consumption, and site records.
• Take precise site measurements for billing, verification, and execution planning.
• Identify and escalate technical issues, labour constraints, or deviations in a timely manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Diploma/ITI in Civil Engineering or equivalent (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in waterproofing, coating, insulation, or civil execution roles.
• Strong understanding of site execution practices and quality benchmarks.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage labour teams and work under project timelines.
• Basic knowledge of measurement techniques and documentation.
