**Responsibilities:**
1. Make outbound calls to prospects interested in home loans and real estate properties.
2. Provide comprehensive information about our home loan products, real estate listings, and related services.
3. Address customer queries effectively and guide them through the sales process.
4. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities using our CRM system.
5. Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert prospects into clients.
6. Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to business growth.
7. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations.
8. Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

**Requirements:**
1. Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role in home loans or real estate sales.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Language(s)].
3. Strong knowledge of home loan processes, mortgage products, and real estate market dynamics.
4. Ability to build rapport and engage effectively with prospects over the phone.
5. Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
