**Job Description:**
We are seeking a motivated Direct Sales Representative (DSR) to join our team at White Teak Architectural Lights. As a DSR, you will collaborate closely with our channel partners to drive lead generation and sales of our architectural lights. Your role will be crucial in maximizing sales performance and expanding our market presence.
**Responsibilities:**
– Service customer needs by obtaining orders, establishing new customer relationships with architects, developers, and other stakeholders, and maintaining existing client accounts. Stay updated on product knowledge.
– Manage and organize daily work schedules to follow up on leads and retain clients.
– Maintain accurate records of daily activities including sales reports, visit reports, and lead index.
– Conduct meetings with key stakeholders such as architects, builders, and contractors to pitch White Teak Architectural Lights and other offerings.
– Visit 4-5 sites daily within your assigned geographic area to generate leads for lighting and décor solutions, and work towards converting them into sales.
– Identify marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements and analyzing competitors’ strengths and weaknesses.
**Education/Qualifications:**
– Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
– Knowledge of Lighting Products and their offerings.
– In-depth understanding of sales and customer service techniques.
**Key Skills and Competencies:**
– Ability to deliver effective sales pitches and meet sales goals.
– Strong product knowledge and presentation skills.
– Ability to maintain and cultivate client relationships.
– Good planning and organizational skills.
– Ability to work well under pressure.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– High drive and initiative to achieve goals.
**Requirements:**
– **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in a similar sales role.
– **Education:** Bachelor’s degree.
– **Career Level:** Student.
– **Gender:** Both.
**Salary and Benefits:**
– **Salary:** INR 15,000 to 24,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications).
– **Salary Type:** Monthly.
