**Responsibilities:**

– Scan macro and micro environment of chosen specialty chemicals, introduce new products, and negotiate contracts.
– Analyze international market data and export-imports to identify and develop new business opportunities in the EU market for Asia-origin Chemicals.
– Understand chemicals transportation, including safe use and disposal, and product costing, tariffs, and supply chain costs.
– Design winning sales strategy to increase company’s market share.
– Understand bulk chemicals transports through intermodal and deep-sea routes.
– Understand EU customers’ needs and devise strategy to supply New Products on DDP basis.
– Provide timely updates to customers about deliveries, ensure timely deliveries.
– Establish credible customer relationships with a thorough understanding of product value chains.
– Coordinate with operations and Logistics team to ensure smooth deliveries to customers.
– Complete ownership of customers’ orders’ execution.

**Key Result Area or Key Responsibility Area:**

– Product-wise Market Research to identify market gaps for introducing new products.
– Monitor Competition and Analyze Demand-Supply Balances of all COMPANY products in Target Specialty Chemicals Market.
– Business Intelligence to track imports/exports in target markets.
– Design, propose, implement, review, and correct sales plans to ensure company goals are achieved.
– Understand production processes to track raw materials and forecast selling prices.
– Identify, negotiate, evaluate performance of freight forwarders, agents, etc., for cost-effective, on-time, export dispatches and documentation.
– Must be comfortable working in Europe Time Zone.
